Refunds & Returns Policy

All Preloved clothing is sold as seen, therefore if an issue arises we would suggest contacting us to discuss the problem.
In certain circumstances we may issue a voucher if the item is returned to us within 7 days, you the buyer are responsible for the return postage.

We will only accept returns on preloved clothing if the item is damaged not if it doesn’t fit or you decide its not suitable.
For non-bespoke products, you have 7 days to notify us if you want to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 7 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. We cannot offer refunds on anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element. To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering. All returned goods must be in original saleable condition.

If you wish to cancel your order or return/exchange a product:

1. Contact us as soon as possible, outlining the reason for return.
2. If already received, package the item up and send it back within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
3. For eligible items, we will refund your card within 14 days of receiving a saleable item back in store in it’s original condition.

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller). Please note that if you request to begin the performance of a service during the above cancellation period that you will be liable to pay for the service you received prior to your communication to us that you intend to cancel the contract.

This does not affect you statutory rights.


P&P for UK mainland ranges from £1.00 to £5.95 depending on the weight and size of the items ordered, the cost is displayed once an item is in the basket. Delivery takes between 3 and 7 working days for most items (some personalised stock takes up to three weeks.
For orders to the UK mainland over £50, delivery is free and will be applied automatically at the checkout.

Additional charges will apply to deliveries outside of the UK mainland. Please contact Reloved as soon as you have made your purchase.

If your item is not received, please inform us within 14 days of expected delivery date to allow us to investigate.
